Once production has begun on your custom design, orders cannot be cancelled unless there is a major failure as defined under Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Australian Consumer Law page for more information about your rights.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and conduct thorough quality checks before returning completed garments. If you discover any issues with the workmanship or quality of your embellished garment, please contact us as soon as possible. Under Australian Consumer Law, you have rights regardless of any time limits we may mention, but we recommend contacting us within 14 days of receiving your item for the best resolution.

Once you have approved a design and production has commenced, design changes may incur additional charges. We encourage clients to review designs carefully during the consultation phase before work begins.
If your garment arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
To maintain the quality of your embellished garments, please follow the care instructions provided. Damage resulting from improper care may void warranty coverage.
